Deadpool (Release date 12th February 2016)

Deadpool has brought Ryan Reynolds reprising his role of the Merc with a Mouth in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. The timeline of X-Men movie universe also has been repeated which will probably have connotation for the rumored film, X-Force.

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice (Release date 25th March 2016)

This feature-length film is a sequel of the 2013 blockbuster Man of Steel and so, is highly anticipated. It will feature the Trinity of DC – Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman – being presented together for first time.

Captain America: Civil War (Release date 6th May 2016)

The Age of Ultron passes and an act is passed by governments of world collectively which is designed to regulate all activities of the superhuman. This divides Avengers into two groups, one siding with Iron Man (in favor of registration) and the other siding with Captain America (in opposition of registration) which gives rise to an epic war between the earlier friends.

X-Men: Apocalypse (Release date 27th May 2016)

This sequel of X-Men: Days of Future Past will be directed and produced by Bryan Singer and star Evan Peters and Jennifer Lawrence as Quicksilver and Mystique respectively. Other characters in this X-Men film are Gambit (played by Channing Tatum as a debutant), Beast (played by Nicholas Hoult), Professor Charles Xavier (played by James McAvoy), Magneto (played by Michael Fassbender) and Wolverine (played by Hugh Jackman).

Suicide Squad (Release date 5th August 2016)

Suicide Squad alias Task Force X is the story of super-villains who are imprisoned and accomplish high-risk assignments for the Government of US in return for commuted punishments. Dr. Amanda Waller leads their team and the operation is run from Belle Reve prison. Will Smith with play Deadshot in this film, with other actors like Tom Hardy playing Rick Flag, Jared Leto playing the Joker, Cara Delevingne playing Enchantress, Margot Robbie playing Harley Quinn and Jai Courtney playing Boomerang.

Gambit (Release date 7th October 2016)

Just after debuting in X-Men: Apocalypse, Channing Tatum will appear as the X-Men character of Gambit in his own spinoff film, Gambit.

Doctor Strange (Release date 4th November 2016)

Doctor Strange is the story of a clever but haughty surgeon whose career is ruined and who meets a sorcerer who extends a helping hand towards him and trains him to save the world from evil. Benedict Cumberbatch plays the role of Sorcerer Supreme.

Sinister Six (Release date 11th November 2016)

The theme of Sinister Six is based on the alliance of six cruelest enemies of mankind who have an intention to ruin Spider-Man and the New York City.
